GlobalUnWire Overview  Group

The GlobalUnWire function is obsolete. Applications that need to lock a global memory object should use the GlobalLock and GlobalUnlock functions.

This function is provided only for compatibility with 16-bit versions of Windows. New Win32-based applications should not use this function.
