I have the need to adjust the default print resolution for HP Laserjet 4 Plus to a 150dpi from its current 600 dpi. I manually make resolution changes, but each time the application sends data to the printer, the default 600 dpi is selected and used. I find I have to manually set it to 150 dpi prior to every print job. I wish to "hard set" or manually change the default dpi to 150. I am using MS Terminal Server/Citrix Metaframe. Any and all assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a similar problem with a different printer. Check in C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\w32x86\3 dirctory (assuming Intel computer) for a *.GPD file (search all of the GPD files till you find the one for your model of printer)... edit this file to change your default resolution (DPI rating)... if this file does not exist, then you are in the same shape I'm in :)
