e-Forms Update by e-Mail

Saveing updates to the \\ server \Reports\eforms share.

 

  1. Save the attachment to the \Reports\eforms folder on your server. To find that folder, from the file save dialog of your email client, click on the "view desktop" button ([Image])  or pull down the "Save in" list and select desktop from the top of the list. Look in the large white area for Network Neighborhood
  2. Select Network Neighborhood

    then look for an entry that ends in the word "SERVER". The first part of the name will probably be the initials of your property.
  3. Select the server

    and look for a "Reports" folder in the list that expands under that.
  4. Select Reports
    [Image]
    and look for the eforms folder in that list.
  5. If the eforms folder has not been created (you may see only "Backup") right click in an empty part of the big white area and select New... then Folder from the popup menu. When the words New Folder appear highlighted by the cursor, type in eforms and press Enter.
  6. Select the the eforms folder to open it and then click the Save button to save the file.
