The ListView_GetItem macro retrieves the text of a list view item or
subitem. You can use this macro or explicitly send the LVM_GETITEMTEXT
message.

Handle to the list view control.

Index of the list view item.

Index of the subitem, or zero to retrieve the item label.

Pointer to the buffer that receives the item or subitem text.

Size of the buffer, in bytes.
Return Values
The ListView_GetItemText macro does not return a value.
If you send the LVM_GETITEMTEXT message explicitly, it returns the length of
the retrieved string.
